In the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, this 3-hour class is tailored for public safety personnel to examine the profound effects of the pandemic on mental health and to equip them with effective coping strategies moving forward. The session will focus on data-driven insights regarding mental health challenges in the context of public safety, as well as practical skills to manage stress and enhance resilience.

Participants will explore critical topics, including:
