These services are offered in-person as well as via a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform so they can be accessed by first responders across the state of Virginia. Please keep in mind insurance may cover part or all of the costs associated with these services.
Therapy Services
Whatever brings you through our door we know you’re ready to put the work in to feel better. Whether you need help managing stress, anxiety, ADHD, or depression we have therapeutic treatments that will fit your needs. If you’re struggling with previous or call related traumas our clinician is trained in EMDR which will help you to feel better fast. Whatever it is, come share your story in an objective and non-judgmental atmosphere.

Peer Consultation
You know you’re struggling and you know you need help, but you don’t know where to start. After a brief intake our Peer Coordinator will provide you with a road map of where to begin your journey and the most cost effective way of doing so. Once you provide your insurance information we can review your plan and what options your insurance covers. We have a list of first responder friendly resources we can provide ranging from individual or couples therapists, doctors, financial planners, and lawyers.

Wellness Referrals
Are you interested in medical treatment options for yourself, a loved one, or your department, but don’t know where to start? Maybe you’re confused by medication options or don’t understand what common physical health problems can impact your mental health? Our Peer Coordinator is trained to provide you with the education regarding medical treatment options you’re looking for along with a written referral with your permission.

Case Management
Once you have a road map and an understanding of where to start you might need someone to keep you on track. Case Management allows our Peer Coordinator to contact you once a month to answer any questions, write referrals, or help you back up and punt if needed. This service also involves having our clinician review your case and offer professional advice and guidance. Having someone hold you accountable to your goals is essential to achieving them. You’ve got this.
